El Shaddai
Have you ever wondered why when you played some worship songs, the presence of God will just come?
Here is just one of those songs written by one of the most anointed singers. Amy Grant - El Shaddai El shaddai, el shaddai, El-elyon na adonia, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, el shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, We will praise and lift you high, El shaddai. Through your love and through the ram, You saved the son of abraham; Through the power of your hand, Turned the sea into dry land. To the outcast on her knees, You were the God who really sees, And by your might, You set your children free. El shaddai, el shaddai, El-elyon na adonia, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, el shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, We will praise and lift you high, El shaddai. Through the years youve made it clear, That the time of christ was near, Though the people couldnt see What messiah ought to be. Though your word contained the plan, They just could not understand Your most awesome work was done Through the frailty of your son. El shaddai, el shaddai, El-elyon na adonai, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, el shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, I will praise yo till I die, El shaddai. El shaddai, el shaddai, El-elyon na adonai, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, el shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, I will praise you till I die. El shaddai.

A Classic Piece Of Bubblegum Pop
Bubblegum pop (also known as bubblegum rock, bubblegum music, or simply bubblegum) is a genre of pop music whose classical period ran from 1967 to 1972.[1] The chief characteristics of the genre are that it is pop music contrived and marketed to appeal to pre-teens; is produced in an assembly-line process, driven by producers and using faceless singers; and has an intangible, upbeat "bubblegum" sound.[1] The songs typically have singalong choruses, seemingly childlike themes and a contrived innocence, occasionally combined with an undercurrent of sexual double entendre.[2] They also have a catchy melody, simple chords, simple harmonies, danceable beats, and repetitive riffs or "hooks". The song lyrics often concern romantic love, but are notable for their frequent reference to sugary food, including sugar, honey, jelly and marmalade.

3 Survival Tips For Creative
3 Survival Tips for Creatives
September 8th, 2008 by John Reeve When I first stepped out into the real world as a creative professional, my college diploma and senior portfolio under my arm, I soon encountered the Client. We experienced some client interaction in school — mostly in the form of competing against classmates to have our logo chosen for a local non-profit — but nothing like the puppet-string-pulling, morale-killing, i’m-paying-you-that’s-why encounters that would soon drain me completely of my creative spirit. While there are some really great clients out there who will give us designers the freedom we require, we must still rely on the difficult clients to make ends meet, especially when starting out. Since graduating from design school ten years ago, I’ve developed a few useful methods for fighting off creative burnout. 1. Fill the tank Graphic design is a form of output, taking client concepts and turning them into visual messages. This type of creative output requires fuel, from an infinite number of sources, and unless we are constantly filling our minds with images, words, and sounds, our creativity will run dry. A good designer will look outside of the design community for this inspiration — books, music, museums, speeches, travels; any person, place, or thing that stirs the creative soul. What does this look like in practice? Snap photos, save magazine clippings, copy inspiring passages from books, put on the headphones and close your eyes for an hour. Just soak it all in. My recent inspirations have come from reading fiction and bending down to see the world from the perspective of my one-year-old. 2. Always be ready It is difficult for designers to ‘turn on’ creativity. The Muses simply refuse to be restrained (personally, I wouldn’t have it any other way). There is no steady stream of creative ideas bubbling out from some eternal spring. Instead, we have to settle for the highs and lows of inspiration, and be ready to capture the unexpected highs when they strike. The eight-hour workday can be problematic for the designer, for this very reason. A designer should have a flexible schedule, one that allows her to stay up all night after a concept gelled during desert. My personal tip: sleep with a pencil, sketchbook, and headlamp on the nightstand (yes, I’ve cranked out logo designs at 2am). 3. Pursue your passions No matter how gracious the client, design projects will always be exercises in using your skills to represent someone else’s message. What about your message? We all have something we are passionate about. Keep your creativity alive by using it to pursue your personal interests. Drawing, painting, writing, any kind of creative work, without a client looking over your shoulder, gives you a creative outlet for countering the day-to-day professional work. Another way to release some creative steam is to align yourself with a local non-profit you believe in. They will be very thankful for the help and give you a lot of creative room; and your work will go to a good cause. On most evenings and lazy weekends, I find myself writing in my journal and designing shirts for non-profits.

True
TRUE So true funny how it seems Always in time, but never in line for dreams. Head over heels when toe to toe. This is the sound of my soul, This is the sound I bought a ticket to the world, But now I've come back again Why do I find it hard to write the next line? Oh I want the truth to be said Huh huh huh hu-uh huh I know this much is true Huh huh huh hu-uh huh I know this much is true

Mr. Father - A True "Daniel" Of Our Time
I raise my voice in gratitude to God and to some many people, who by their love and support have carried me to this new place and moment. Fr. Mike Bassano (r) handing out supplies, January 2005. Since 1998 Fr. Bassano has served in Bangkok, Thailand, working with HIV/AIDS patients, as well as abused and orphaned children in the slums of Khlong Toey. He joined Maryknoll in 1987 as a priest associate and was assigned to the Society's Chile region for 10 years, where he ministered to the families of detained and disappeared peoples in the southern district of Santiago. A drama enthusiast since his high school days, Bassano has memorized the Gospel of Matthew, and with his guitar has performed in the streets of Chile and Thailand as a street-preacher throughout his mission career. From time to time Father writes articles that are published in MARYKNOLL magazine and in Revista MARYKNOLL as well as in Syracuse newspapers. In an article he wrote for the Catholic SUN in 2004 he wrote: Our Maryknoll commitment to this AIDS Hospice Center at the temple began on the first week of November of 2003...Sompang is a 50 year-old man who came to the temple about four months ago. We see each other every day. He asks me to massage his legs from time to time as he cannot walk and is in a lot of pain at times. The other day as I was massaging his leg he said to me, "You know today you are massaging my legs, but when we get to heaven I'm going to massage your legs." ... I also told him that we don't have to wait for each other to get to heaven. We can help each other now by being together and enjoying each other's presence.

I can actually make bread with it? haha I have never heard of people buying back this to make bread for themselves..Just by looking at the design, I have already fallen in love with this box and somemore I can make a loaf of bread out of it? This is just so exciting and interesting..It's not expensive too, below 200 bucks.. think I should get it some day and i can invite u guys to my house to "test" out my bread! haha

Book Review : Jessa Bo
![]() Did I catch your eye with the title? I periodically will walk the shelves of Borders aimlessly wandering with no clear goal in mind. It's a time I can escape and be caught in my own thoughts as I browse books I'll never buy. At random I blindly pulled the book "Sex, Sushi, and Salvation" out among the masses of books on one of my Borders escapades the other day. The title caught me off guard. As I glanced behind my back to see if anyone was around who could see the title of the book in my hand, I thought to myself, "I'm in the Christian section, ya?" I read the first couple of pages becoming lost within the book. I was hooked. The author, Christian George, a young mid 20's something wrote his thoughts on intimacy, community and eternity. He is a vivid writer painting an authentic world of beauty among the grit and grime. I've been searching for a book that talks of my generation and our desire for anything authentic no matter what the cost, the good mixed in with the bad. I related when he wrote about how our generation at times wants God but wants nothing of the Church. He talked of the dangers of being, in a sense, a decapatated Body of Christ. He also wrote a great chapter on worship. There is so much I would love to share from this book, so much that I'm continuing to digest and mull over. In the chapter entitled "Back to the Future" he is talks about Heaven and how we must look back at what God has done for us as we walk forward with Him. Community with God is what we seek..."But heaven will be better than that. Instead of having an inner itching for sinful behavior, we'll yearn and burn for Christ. God will suck the poison from His people, and we'll be consumed with a passion for worship. We will applaud God for redeeming us, pulsing and praising His name... Heaven will be a place where Christians adore the Christ who sacrificed Himself to satisfy the deepest longings of our hearts. For now, we are pilgrims in a land that is not our home. We press on toward our final destination as strangers on this earth. Instead of living for the weekend or partying your life away, give yourself to something great. Abandon the American dream of health and wealth and risk your life for the kingdom of God. Let's pray a little harder and love a little more. There are already too many wasted lives in this world. Nothing is more gratifying than soaking up the Savior and splashing others with His glory. Nothing is so rewarding as sleeping with a clean and forgiven conscience. C.S. Lewis wrote, "We are halfhearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us." Why settle for less than perfect communication with Christ? Why settle for Hershey's Kisses when the chocolate factory is ours for the eating?
